Please be reminded that if the employment contract has previously been verified, and the OFW has NOT changed jobs, position or job site, there is no need for another contract verification.
SCENARIO #1
VALID AND VERIFIED EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
Simply log in to your E-registration account and apply for an OEC exemption.

SCENARIO #2
WITH EXPIRED VERIFIED EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
For OFWs who are simply renewing with the same employer, or those have previously verified their contract, but has since expired but are still with the same employer:
- Confirm in your E-Registration account (https://onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph/) that your EMPLOYMENT RECORDS are updated.
- Attach your new contract with your expired verified contract. No need to verify the new contract.

SCENARIO #3
NO VERIFIED CONTRACT, OR CHANGE EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
If you have changed employers, position jobsite, or if you did not have any previous record with DMW, you may schedule an appointment with us to register your employment in Singapore. For more information, visit: Contract Verification (for OFWs)
