Financial Assistance (AKSYON Fund Benefits Matrix)

The following matrix is prescribed under Annex B of DO-02-2025. The amounts may be updated by the Fund Administrator with the Secretary’s approval.

A. Financial Assistance to Distressed OFWs and/or Next of Kin

Termination of employment contract initiated by employer or OFW (not for purpose of transferring to other employers nor taking other job opportunities)

 

 

Expiration of work permit and in danger of being jailed, deported, or ejected from host country

 

 

Cases of forced labor, contract violation, illegal recruitment, trafficking in persons, and/or fraud

 

 

Pending labor, criminal, civil, immigration, or other cases before judicial/quasi-judicial bodies in host country

 

 

OFW with medical illness/injury (non-severe), including returnees within one year

 

 

Next of kin of incarcerated OFWs in the host country
