Accreditation of Principals

MWO Singapore holds jurisdiction on the Accreditation of Principals and the verification of employment documents in Singapore.


Documentary Requirements

Pursuant to DMW Department Circular No. 01 - 2023, please use the checklists below for your specific transaction:

*Direct Hires: Must be submitted personally by setting an appointment at http://sched.mwosingapore.online/.

Notice: MWO Singapore shall not entertain third party entities (recruiters, brokers, immigration lawyers, etc.) in any stage of the accreditation process. Only those directly connected with the applicant Principal are recognized.

Accreditation Process

1. SubmissionPrincipal submits documents through the portal; complete files move to evaluation.
2a. Documentary EvaluationEvaluator checks for completeness. Additional documents may be requested.Within 3 days
2b. Ocular InspectionMWO checks the jobsite or accommodations, when applicable.Subject to availability
2c. InterviewThe Labor Attaché interviews the Employer (and FRA direct employer) to clarify needs and conduct substantive evaluation.Subject to availability
3. ProcessingProceeds if all requirements are ready for approval.Within 7 days
4. PaymentSee schedule of fees below.
5. ReleasePrincipal submits verified documents to the Licensed Recruitment Agency for recording.Immediately after payment

Note: Ocular inspections occur once a week; interviews are held daily.


Fees

Each of the following documents is subject to a fee of SGD 60.00:

  • Recruitment Agreement
  • Special Power of Attorney
  • Job Order
  • Master Employment Contract
  • Individual Employment Contract
